What Would Google Do? Jeff Jarvis

"What would Google Do?" by Jeff Jarvis is a poorly named, but insightful look at how Google really changes everything.  In summary, these are the new requirements for success in business:

 - give the people control, trust the people, then get out of the way
 - be a platform, think distributed ( go to your customers)
 - life is public, be honest and transparent
 - simplify, think elegant organization
 - it is a post-scarcity economy,  think open-source and free
 - middle-men are dead
 - listening is the best marketing

Crap will be ignored.
